Jupiter-6 is a slightly stripped-down version of Jupiter-8.

- Osc 1: saw, triangle, pulse, square with PWM; osc 2: saw, triangle, pulse, noise; adjustable cross-modulation and oscillator sync; pitch and PWM controllable by envelope and LFO
- Resonant multi-mode VCF (-24 dB/oct. LPF/HPF, -12 dB/oct. BPF) controllable by an envelope, keyboard tracking and LFO
- Two ADSR envelopes; envelopes controllable by keyboard tracking
- LFO with square, saw, triangle and S&H waveforms
- 48 user and 32 preset patches
- 5-octave keyboard; pitch bender and mod lever; portamento and glide effects
- Simple arpeggiator
